Jamie Dornan was born in 1974 in Hollywood, a suburb in County Down of Northern Ireland. But do not despair, Jamie got to Hollywood, California in due course. Born to parents George Dornan and Marian Dornan, Sam is the youngest of three children.
He has two sisters and he is a first cousin, twice removed of Greer Garson. Jamie ‘s mother died due to cancer when he was only sixteen years of age.
